the shared shower-room was not perfectly clean, and i found this quite unacceptable. i wouldn't have rated my stay much more highly if it hadn't been for this. it was a tiny shower-basin-wc.

A satisfactory stay

The location was perfect. It was right in the centre and close to restaurants and shops. I easily walked from the bus stop after arriving from the airport. The grounds are beautiful.
The hallway had an off putting smell. It smelled like an old people's home. The room was basic and expensive considering the size and the provided facilities.

Acceptable Location, but Definite Issues

convenient locationlukewarm showerstreet noise
The location is convenient for exploring the town. It is easy to get around.
The front desk staff seemed indifferent. I was told the heat was not turned on until October. The room was cold and felt more like a youth hostel. The shower temperature was only lukewarm and the windows let in all the street noise.
